According to a Harvard study, the four crucial components to good teamwork are frequent communication, team members talking and listening equally amongst themselves, regular informal communication, and opportunities to explore ideas outside of the group.
We improve teamwork by giving people a desire to listen to others and explore the ideas of others, and by teaching how to communicate all kinds of messages effectively while improving relationships.
