Daniel can be a real pain. He’s the guy who’ll passionately argue a point not because he believes in it, but because he wants to challenge you. (You know the type.) He’s smart, which is good, but knows he’s smart, which isn’t so good. We keep him around because he sees important details others miss, understands complex relationships, and (so far) has handled anything put on his plate. Clients love his sense of humor, straight-forward demeanor, and that he cares about people more than profits.
